The staff was helpful. They upgraded my room, and a second chair arrived quickly after i asked for one at the front desk.
The water pressure was noticeably weak in both the toilet and shower. This made flushing difficult after using the toilet.

Location was suitable for my needs.
I found a weird breakfast system. Breakfast in the cafe costs more for hotel guests at $26 AUD. Walk-ins paid only $19 AUD. It made no sense and I was quite displeased with this inconsistency.

The location is easy to access from the train station. It is also suitable to get to many places. The place was comfortable for sleep and had all things essential.
The air conditioner made A repetitive noise. This really annoyed me. I had a hard time trying to fall asleep. I had to keep turning it off and on during THE night.
